In May of 2000, Kingsway Arms, in association with ASG, closed on their first project, the Durand Seniors Residence located in Hamilton, Ontario. Through a limited partnership, a 58-room retirement home was purchased along with some adjacent land where an additional 24 rooms were added to bring the home to 82-rooms. Since then 9 additional income properties have been acquired or built between Windsor and Ottawa. Kingsway’s management philosophy is to combine highly skilled health care professionals with other professionals from diverse disciplines to form a strong management team.
