For each initiative, ASG Financial Corp. creates a limited liability partnership (LLP) with investors. This means you and your partners can select and directly own real estate-based assets such as retirement homes and shopping malls.

ASG's role is to:
identify poorly performing commercial properties with potential for growth; buy those with the greatest potential; invest in improvements; thus creating or increasing value.
look for areas where demand for hotels, retail plazas or residential properties are high and identify appropriate properties, then take steps to increase their value.

ASG specializes in several types of income-generating investments:
Income opportunities These provide investors with preferred quarterly minimum returns of approximately 10%/year rate and a majority share of operating profits. It is expected that returns from the ongoing business will rank relatively high in comparison to other investment options.
Development opportunities Returns from development (hotels or shopping centres) are deferred until the investment earns positive cash flow. The return on these investments tends to be two to three times the preferred return of approximately 10%/year.
Mortgages Mortgages are by nature, lower risk than equity investments. ASG specializes in creatively structuring 1st, 2nd and 3rd mortgages which offer benefit from profit participation.
